A native Midwesterner, Kevin moved to Minnesota in 2016 and joined MnTAP as a senior engineer in 2022. Kevin’s work focuses on wastewater loading reduction, water conservation, and waste minimization, particularly in food and beverage manufacturing. One of his goals with MnTAP is to perform on-site technical assistance in all 87 Minnesota counties.

His experience as an environmental manager and consultant includes pollution prevention; environmental compliance, due diligence, and permitting; litigation support; and soil and groundwater investigation and remediation. Prior to joining MnTAP, he spent several years managing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance in dairy facilities in the Midwest and on the Eastern Seaboard. His career has included on-site environmental assessments or investigation in numerous industries across 26 states.

Kevin holds a BS in civil engineering and an MS in environmental engineering, both from Johns Hopkins University. His interest in food and agriculture spills into his private life, as he is an avid home composter and advocate for native and pollinator-friendly gardening.
