Jane joined MnTAP in 2013 after 15 years as a manufacturing and process development engineer in a variety of industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and plastics.
Jane’s projects at MnTAP have included working to reduce VOCs in degreasing and cleaning, helping to improve efficiency and reduce waste in fiberglass reinforced plastics operations, and using Lean with pollution prevention to eliminate waste of all kinds. She is currently working to identify common improvement opportunities in the medical device industry and to expand MnTAP’s outreach to this important group of Minnesota businesses.
