MnTAP is in the process of accepting project applications for 2026.  The projects will be at different companies and in a variety of industries. When selected, projects will be listed below with detailed descriptions linked in PDF format.

  • Agropur, Le Sueur, MN – Lead a project focused on water conservation and wastewater loading reduction at a food processing facility.
  • Anchor Glass, Shakopee, MN – Lead a project focused on water conservation and reduction, and energy efficiency at a glass container manufacturer.
  • Bio-Techne, Minneapolis, MN – Lead a project focused on energy and fuel efficiency at a reagent and analytical instrument manufacturer.
  • Institute on the Environment (IonE) & Allina Health, Minneapolis, MN – Lead a project focused on quantifying the amount of limited use device waste within a hospital, calculating its relative environmental impact, and recommending methods to reduce waste.
  • Kandiyohi County Landfill, New London, MN – Lead a project focused on waste and energy reduction by improving efficiency of a landfill leachate treatment system.
  • Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis, MN – Lead a project focused on water, energy, and waste reduction.
  • Minnesota State Department of Administration, St. Paul, MN – Lead a project focused on procurement process improvement and toxics reductions for the State Department of Administration.
  • Owens Corning, Minneapolis, MN – Lead a project focused on water consumption, waste generation, and energy consumption at an asphalt shingle manufacturer.
  • Polaris Industries, Roseau, MN – Lead a project focused on energy efficiency and waste reduction at a powersports manufacturer.
  • Renewal by Andersen, Cottage Grove, MN – Lead a project focused on compressed air system efficiency at a custom window manufacturing facility.
