Information on Toxic Release Inventory, EPCRA/CERCLA Release Reporting and Pollution Prevention

Join us at one of two EPCRA (TRI) trainings this May to learn more about the reporting of toxic chemicals as well as resources available to help you with this annual requirement. MnTAP is one of those resources and available to your facility at no-cost. By learning more about reporting and ways to reduce the chemicals, your facility can save money and reduce toxic pollution!

This seminar will cover reporting required by all sections of the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), including the Toxic Release Inventory and EPCRA and CERCLA release reporting and compliance. In addition, an overview of the Minnesota Toxic Pollution Prevention (P2) Act requirements for P2 Planning and the P2 Progress Reports will be provided.  MnTAP's Jon Vanyo will be presenting on Pollution prevention Assistance.
