Krysta Larson works closely with a variety of companies who are involved in the MnTAP intern program. As the coordinator, she helps companies understand the program, complete a project proposal, prepare for their student, and follow-up on recommendations. She also coordinates with MnTAP technical specialists on scoping and selecting projects, advising student interns, and following-up on implementation. Once projects have been selected each year, Krysta recruits, interviews, and hires students for each project. Her organizational skills and ability to work with facilities in a variety of sector ensures the success of the program each year.

In addition to coordinating the student intern program, Krysta also manages MnTAP’s communications team. She ensures that all documents are of the highest quality and provide MnTAP’s clients with the information they need.
