The Minnesota Technical Assistance Program (MnTAP) is a
nonregulatory program, located at the University of Minnesota, that helps Minnesota businesses develop and
implement industry-tailored solutions that prevent pollution at the source, maximize efficient use of resources, and reduce energy use and cost.
